Spinner

BOOKINGS

1. Once a booking has been agreed it will be provisionally reserved in your name and an invoice
issued. Payment should be made to Dun&Spinner within 14 days to confirm the booking.
2. Failure to the above (1) could lead to cancellation of the booking and Dun&Spinner reserve the right to sell the booking elsewhere
3. Payment details will be available on the invoice.
4. Every care is taken to ensure the information is correct. However we are unable to accept liability when circumstances beyond our control result in the details described being altered or withdrawn.
5. Neither Dun&Spinner nor any person assisting it shall be liable for the consequences of delays or restrictions from adverse weather, closure or restrictions imposed by those controlling the land,water,air,environment or fishery,obstructions, repairs or damage to navigational works, flooding,
shortage of water, industrial action, fuel-rationing, shortages of or non-availability of fuel or any other cause and reserve the right to restrict the activity if unusual or hazardous conditions prevail. Neither Dun&Spinner nor any person or company assisting or collaborating with it shall be liable for death, personal injury or illness. However nothing in this agreement is meant to exclude liability for death or personal injury due to negligence on the part of Dun&Spinner

CANCELLATION

1. Cancellation by you – In the event of cancellation by you, for whatever reason, no refund will be automatically given. We will consider each case on its merits and our decision in this is final.
2. Cancellation of trip by Dun&Spinner. We reserve the right to cancel your booking in which case we will offer an alternative booking of equivalent standard or a full refund.
3. We recommend that clients insure against cancellation, travel, sickness, 3rd parties and all personal items and equipment.

TRAVEL / TRANSFERS

1.Travel to and from the fishing venue/destination is not included unless specifically stated otherwise in the particulars issued with the booking confirmation. Clients are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
2.Please note some countries require visas and or electronic travel authorisations. Details will be notified in your booking confirmation.
3. Please note some countries operate strict biosecurity measures and may require appropriate documentation such as vet certified disinfection certificates for tackle etc. Details will be notified in your booking confirmation.

CONDITIONS

1. All our venues have risk assessments which can be supplied upon request.
2. All sportsmen must have third party insurance against sporting accidents. This information must be made available to Dun&Spinner on request.
3. All instructions and decisions given by keepers, instructors, guides, ghillies and authorised persons will be final and must be followed. Failure to comply with such instructions or decisions may result in the cancellation of the rest of the trip. In the event of cancellation under the terms of this clause, there will be no right to a refund or compensation.
4. All licences, gear and transport (excluding where specifically stated) are for the client of Dun&Spinner to arrange. Advice can be given on how to obtain the relevant licence, but Dun&Spinner will not obtain, apply or take responsibility for any licence. Information on UK rod licence applications can be found here https://www.gov.uk/fishing-licences. A check-list of what will be needed for the trip will be supplied with the invoice, booking confirmation or on request for further information.

Gratuity /Tips

1. Gratuities are common place and expected but vary tremendously. We will give guidance as to the expectations at your venue(s) with our booking confirmation.
